Elaine Gehring: Education Consultant.  Instructional Coach and Mentor of the New Berlin School District.  Instructional Coach for teachers in the Proficiency Based Learning Program for CESA.  Served as principal of Richards Elementary in Whitefish Bay for sixteen years.

John Mielke, M.D.: Cardiologist.  Member boards- Appleton Area School District, Fox Cities Children’s Museum, Appleton Education Foundation, Wisconsin Academy of Sciences Arts and Letters.

Robert Pavlik, Ed.D: Director of the School Development Center at the Institute for Transformation of Learning at Marquette University.  Teacher, college professor, director of faculty development, administrator, and textbook author.
